Nine property transfers were recorded in Shutesbury between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, 2026, but only three carried a sale price so far, ranging from $35,000 to $117,314 with a median of $64,190; the remaining six await posting. The top recorded sale was 13 Great Pines Drive Ext. at $117,314, sold by Gary and Patricia Jekanowski to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. West Pelham Road saw two transfers. Several sales involved banks or mortgage companies as buyer or seller, one was a conservation-land transfer to the town, and one was an estate transfer within the Footit family. With most prices still pending, overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from this data.
