Lake Drive saw two transfers, the only street with more than one recorded deed. Five of the nine transactions listed a bank or lending institution as seller, including Greenfield Savings Bank, Florence Bank and PeoplesBank. Two transfers, on Locks Pond Road and King Road, moved property between family members sharing the same surname. Two deed entries were missing either an address or a buyer name.
