Pelham Hill Road sees three transfers as Shutesbury records 11 deeds, most prices still pending
Shutesbury recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only four carried a posted sale price as of this report, ranging from $35,000 to $117,314 with a median of $82,095 among those four. The period's top recorded sale was 13 Great Pines Drive Ext. at $117,314, sold by Gary and Patricia Jekanowski. Pelham Hill Road stood out with three separate transfers. The remaining seven deeds have no price on record yet, a normal registry lag rather than nondisclosure, so overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from price data alone.
