Eight Shutesbury property transfers recorded in late summer, no sale prices disclosed

Eight properties changed hands in Shutesbury between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds filings, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, making it impossible to calculate a price range or median for the period. Lake Drive had two transfers, at 20 Lake Drive and 99 Lake Drive; four of the eight sales involved a bank or mortgage company as seller, including TruNorth Bank, BankESB, Member Advantage Mortgage LLC, PeoplesBank and Florence Bank. Two transfers, at 110 Locks Pond Road and 46 King Road, moved property between family members sharing a surname. With no pricing data available, the period's market tone cannot be assessed from this data alone.
