Lake Drive had two transfers, at 20 Lake Drive and 99 Lake Drive; four of the eight sales involved a bank or mortgage company as seller, including TruNorth Bank, BankESB, Member Advantage Mortgage LLC, PeoplesBank and Florence Bank. Two transfers, at 110 Locks Pond Road and 46 King Road, moved property between family members sharing a surname.
