Shutesbury records ten property transfers in one month, but no deed discloses a sale price
Shutesbury recorded 10 property transfers between July 24 and August 22, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this period. Lake Drive saw two transfers, the only street with more than one sale. Four of the 10 deeds listed a bank as seller, including Peoplesbank, Florence Bank/Florence Savings Bank, Greenfield Savings Bank and Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Two transfers, at 110 Locks Pond Road and 46 King Road, involved matching family surnames between seller and buyer. With price data unavailable across the board, the period's activity can be measured only by transaction count, not by market tone or price movement.
