Montague Road and Pelham Road each saw two recorded sales, and North Laurel Drive Extension had two deeds recorded on the same day at the same address. A bank or credit union appeared as buyer or seller in 10 of the 14 transfers. With most prices not yet recorded, the data don't support a clear read on overall market direction.
