Shutesbury recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but the Franklin County Registry of Deeds has posted a sale price for only one so far: $100,000 for 450 Pelham Hill Rd, sold Sept. 24 by Jason A. and Kasey Grant to PeoplesBank. Pelham Hill Road and Leverett Road each saw three transfers during the period, the most of any street. Several transactions involved trusts, estates or banks as parties. Because 12 of the 13 sales lack posted prices, which often take about a week to appear in registry data, the month's overall price range and market tone cannot yet be assessed from the available figures.
