Eight Of 12 Shutesbury Deeds Recorded Without A Sale Price In July
Twelve Shutesbury property transfers were recorded between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $500 to $100,000, with a median of $23,500 among those four. The month's top disclosed sale was 77 Baker Rd. at $100,000, sold by Carrie Ann Myers to UMassFive College Federal Credit Union. West Pelham Road saw three separate transfers, and a bank or credit union was party, as buyer or seller, to seven of the 12 recorded deeds. With most sale prices undisclosed, the available data offers only a partial view of local market conditions.
