Shutesbury recorded 12 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but sale prices were available for only three by press time, ranging from $22,000 to $100,000 with a median of $25,000. The period's top recorded sale was 77 Baker Road at $100,000, sold by Carrie Ann Myers to UMassFive College Federal Credit Union. Banks or credit unions were a buyer or seller in eight of the 12 transfers, including three purchases by UMassFive College Federal Credit Union. One transfer was for nominal consideration and is not counted as a sale. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet show a clear market tone.
